Is the retreat suitable for all ages?
As the old saying goes.. age is just a number! We have had guests of all different ages, health status, fitness levels and more. We pride ourselves in offering a retreat that really is suitable for everyone. With that being said, obviously it is not tailored for children so it is adult guests only! 18 and over.
Is there payment plans available?
Once the deposit has been paid, we can work with you to arrange a payment plan that suits you however the remaining balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before the retreat date.
I have food allergies/intolerances, will I be able to eat the food?
With two naturopathic nutritionalists as our chefs, all our food is made right in the villa kitchens. We offer a variety of gluten free, vegan and paleo foods and any allergies or intolerances please do make us aware of and we will cater to your needs without hesitation.
I am on medication for my health, will I be able to take the supplements/do the liver cleanse?
Prior to the retreat, we contact all of our guests and get an overview of their current medical status and we tailor any supplements, dietary requirements and additionals for each individual.
Do we have to participate in all activities?
No, whilst we do run a timetable throughout the week of all our classes, talks and activities, guests can take part in select ones or take part in them all! If you would rather have some time out and read a book by the pool instead of taking part in a class that is no problem!
Are flights included?
No flights are not included. However we do provide flight suggestions and find that most/all of our guests have travelled on the same flights together. Transfers to and from the airport ARE included.
I’d love to book but don’t have a friend / partner to come with me, can I come alone?
Absolutely! Many of our guests come on their own and make lots of friends throughout the week. You can either choose to book a solo occupancy room or you can get in touch with us and we may be able to put you in a sharing room with another solo guest.
